By scheduling or using the detailing services provided by Green Leaf Detailing LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Green Leaf Detailing offers professional mobile vehicle detailing services, including exterior washes, waxing, interior cleaning, and additional add-ons as selected by you. We strive to provide high-quality service but do not guarantee specific results due to varying vehicle conditions and customer expectations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept payments through the methods specified at booking. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and size. Additional charges may apply for extra services or severe vehicle conditions.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee. This fee covers lost time and scheduling disruptions. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

Green Leaf Detailing LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to paint chips, scratches, dents, or interior wear. While we use care in our detailing processes, we cannot guarantee protection against damage that existed before service. Customers acknowledge the risks involved and accept responsibility for disclosing vehicle conditions before service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and ensure that all personal belongings are removed. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle during service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information collected during service booking and interactions is managed according to our Privacy Policy [link]. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and protect your data using industry-standard security measures.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Program

8.1 Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotions. Message frequency depends on your interaction with us.
8.2 Opt-Out: Text "STOP" to opt out at any time. You'll receive a confirmation, and messages will cease. To opt back in, text "START."

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions or abusive behavior. Termination of service will not affect your obligations to pay for services rendered.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Green Leaf Detailing LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Leaf Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of the services.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento, CA, per the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using our services, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in class actions.

16. Changes to Terms

Green Leaf Detailing LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to customers. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.

18. Service Limitations

Green Leaf Detailing LLC does not guarantee that all contaminants, stains, odors, or imperfections can be completely removed. Some damage may be permanent or beyond the scope of our services.

We are not responsible for mechanical issues or malfunctions of your vehicle. Our services are strictly cosmetic and detailing-related.

Vehicles with extreme damage or unsafe conditions may be declined service at our discretion.

19. Weather and External Conditions

Since we operate as a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, such as heavy rain, storms, or extreme heat.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather or external factors beyond our control.

20. Customer Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known vehicle issues that could affect detailing services (e.g., mechanical leaks, fragile surfaces, aftermarket coatings).

Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our liability but does not relieve you of payment obligations.

21. Appointment Scheduling and Timeframes

Appointment times are estimates and subject to change based on vehicle condition, traffic, and other variables.

We request your understanding and flexibility regarding minor timing changes.

If we are delayed or unable to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.

22. Use of Customer Vehicles for Marketing

With your permission, Green Leaf Detailing LLC may take photographs or videos of your vehicle before, during, or after service for marketing purposes.

We will never disclose personal information alongside media without your explicit consent.

If you do not consent, please notify us in writing prior to service.

23. Force Majeure

Green Leaf Detailing LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or labor disputes.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Leaf Detailing LLC regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
